ALINO-IS Fiberbed Mist Eliminators for highest quality requirements at the removal of mists and aerosols. Made of special glass or special polypropylene fibres, our Fiberbed Mist Eliminators reliably perform in a wide range of separation tasks in many industrial processes.
With a separation efficiency of ~99.9% of all droplets > 3 µm and 99.5% of all droplets < 3 µm and low pressure drop, Fiberbed Mist Eliminators are among the most efficient separators for submicron droplets and particles. Due to Brownian Molecular Motion, finest droplets < 1 µm are captured and separated not influenced by flow velocity. These droplet separators therefore also separate very well in part-load operation.
